PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To assist the retail marketing team on coordinating the team, event tracking, report and administration

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

Operation

Event Tracking Report

Event Material Preparation

Monthly Flash Report

Monthly By Category By Line Report

Support Retail Marketing team on other reports

Gratis Order and Sales Order creation

Administration:

Purchase Order creation and follow up with relevant function or vendors

Contract process maintenance, support and follow up

Event Team support

Support Retail Marketing team on regular administrative work

KEY FIGURES:

Accuracy and timing of reports

Initiation in execution

RELATIONSHIPS:

External: Relevant Vendors

1 year relevant working experiences as assistant, marketing area background is preferred
