职位描述：
Job Purpose：
As Customer service role to communicate with external and internal party to execute daily operation, system, documentation and billings.


Key Accountabilities：
1.Daily receive/check booking, Packing List, Invoice with customer and forward with GSC;

2.System execution for HAWB, MAWB, Manifest;

3.Booking with Gateway team and monitor flight schedual and arrival status;

4.Internal billing cost accrual and external invoice/Tax invoice generation;

5. Payment application and upload supporting in HW system;

6.Tracking and tracing shipment status, monitor milestone and update customer daily report


Knowledge, Experience & Skills：
1.Bachelor degree;

2.1-2 years experience in freight forwarding industry;

3.Computer literate(Can use Office soft like Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint );

4.Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties.Mandarin and English language.
