职位描述/Job description:

Belonging to the technical aftersales department, be in relation with Research &Development Dept., PSA side and Part business Dept.

与产品研发中心 、PSA及售后零件业务部门联系,归口售后技术部门管理.

Responsible for creating and updating spare parts references, catalogue and related systems during vehicle development and evolution

在车辆研发和设计变更期间，负责制定和更新备件编码、备件目录和相关的系统。

主要职责/Roles & Responsibility:

1. Working with Upstream Engineering Service to confirm spare parts breakdown strategy

与上游工程服务一起制定零件打散策略

2. Create and standardize references of spare part with PSA side.

与PSA对接制定和标准化管理备件编码；

3. Upgrade electronic spare parts catalogue.

升级备件电子目录；

4. Key user for upgrades of PSA and CAPSA aftersales service IT system.

升级PSA和CAPSA 售后服务相关 IT系统的关键用户

5. Ensure the interface with Research &Development Dept., PSA side and CAPSA suppliers to ensure all spare part in coherence with repair method.

确保和产品中心、PSA及CAPSA供应商的对接，确保服务备件供应与维修方案一致；

6. Ensure the interface with Research &Development, Part business Dept. and CAPSA suppliers in order to ensure parts availability in aftersales

确保和产品研发中心、零件业务及CAPSA供应商的对接，以确保售后备件可供应

7. Analyze and manage customer complaints regarding part documentation

分析管理顾客关于备件技术文档的抱怨

任职条件/Qualifications：

1. University or above with a major degree in vehicle, mechanical engineering or automatism engineering.

大学本科或更高,车辆、机械工程或自动化工程专业。

2. Technical working experience in auto industry or auto supplier as project specialist, Research& Development engineer, and so on, after sales is the best.

在汽车行业作为项目专员、产品工程师或为供应商工作等的技术工作背景，

售后工作背景优先考虑。

3. Good at data analysis and project management.

擅长数据分析和项目管理

4. High level of motivation

高水平的自我激励

5. Rigorous and meticulous work attitude is required

工作严谨、细致

6. Excellent English skills is required ,can work in the environment with English work language。

良好的英语写作及口语能力，能在工作语言为英语的环境中工作

7. Good computer skills with MS Office and other relative software
