Responsibilities,
· Work with business or functional managers to ensure understanding and implementation of HR related policies & procedures.
· Facilitate and coordinate with departments to ensure all HR practices are aligned with internal and government policies & regulations
· Conduct job analysis, associates movement, and separation process to match with business plans
· Compile, coordinate and prepare various HR reports, analysis, statistics, data on a weekly, monthly or as needed basis. Ensure the data is accurate and timely
· Communicate with all levels of associates on various HR matters
· Assist to keep track of the labor law for ensuring current HR policies & practices are cope with government regulations
· Service the internal accounts with sound matter solutions, data, report, and other ad hoc support
· Counsel the internal accounts on people issues like people management, manpower planning, coaching for improvement, performance management, etc.
· Support the a/c manager leading Associate Relations and ad hoc initiatives or activities
· Assume to take additional responsibilities and perform ad hoc tasks / projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
· University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline with 3+ years relevant experience. HR generalist work experience in sizable MNC is preferable
· Well familiar with all other HR functions on Associate Relations and Communication, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development.
· Able to conduct interview independently for various job functions and levels
· Experienced in operating HR management system
· Familiar with local labor law and regulations as well as HRM practices
· Good time management and can meet tight deadline in a fast pace work environment.
· High level sense of confidentiality, service, and building relationship
· Capable of solving complex problems
· Independent, cultural diverse, meticulous with ability to communicate with all level of associates
· Able to work under pressure with high level work ethics and integrity
· Above average proficiency in both written & spoken English skills
· Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
