Position Summary
-Operational financial analysis and control for whole BU's operation and other legal entities,budgetary forecasting strategic planning ,asset management and BSC implementation.
-Overall supervision in the financial perspective of WOFE transition projects
Responsibilities :
*Operation financial analysis, control and review for services&other legal entities operation.
*Budgetary, forecasting, refining of charging process ,asset management and variance reporting
*Conduct project cost-benefit analysis, defining cost drivers benchmarking criteria and performance measurements implementation.
*Improve reporting timeliness and quality with gap ,risk and opportunities analysis.
*Strategic planning ,alignment and progress follow-up on BSC implementation.
*Other finance project ,e,g WOFE transitional projects.
Requirements:
*Should have min.5years experience in finance and costing.
*Good presentation, analytical and data compilation skill. Fluent in English communication and good interpersonal skill.
*Knowledge in strategic financial management and balance scorecard.
*Great manufacturing /operation exposure .knowledge in process continuous improvement, and China taxation or financial regulation.
*Leadership ability, business acumen and ambitious.
*Familiar with ERP and cognos system.
*5-days working in Shenzhen plant and travel in China.
