职位描述

Qualification:
1. College or University degree above, majoring in Business English or Engineering.
2. Good command of English in speaking, reading, writing & listening.
3. 3~4 Years work experience in home appliance products manufacturing company.
4. Familiar with A.C / Refrigerator /Washing Machine / Microwave oven/ small home appliances products area.
5. Sound Knowledge in Products technology & Sourcing.
6. Sound Knowledge in Product development and PO execution, tracking, and product / part costing with commercial/international trade terms.
7. Sound Knowledge in Vendor development / Management and negotiation.
8. Good communication & negotiation skill, careful & detailed follow up, be justice & honest and with good team spirit; Good ethic and stand by company position.
Work Responsibilities:
1. Cost Innovation
* Have benchmarking studies and market analysis as per raw material cost trend, negotiate with suppliers for cost reduction.
* Introduce new models and technologies to achieve lower cost or full product line.
* Develop new or potential suppliers to leverage current suppliers.
2. Price negotiations
*Negotiate contracts and annual buys & long term agreements for seasonal products.
*Monitor the factors of market situation, raw materials cost, exchange rate, etc., have cost analysis and make negotiation strategies and target.
*Cost innovation target 10% of previous purchase value
3. Report and discuss with HQ for critical or pending issues on daily basis.
*Report to HQ for new products development status.
*Report and request to HQ to involve with Supplier & HQ concerns for urgently order production & shipment.
* Report and get help from HQ for payment closing and documents presentation.
*Report & discuss with HQ for internal team affairs.
4. " PO and shipments tracking on weekly basis as per the Production priorities change"
*Prefigure barricades before order, and make troubles shoot to ensure that the right conditions exist so that suppliers are able to propose the best Quality/Cost/Delivery solutions.
*Dealing with special demands from HQ/ plants for materials due to market/ plan/ production changes
*Close coordination with suppliers on all readiness criteria (cost, quality, availability, continuity of supply) as well as purchase order management to support either development or product launch.
5. Vendors management and development
*Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, including supplier site visits and relationships at all levels of vendors' organization.
*Suppliers sourcing, evaluation and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, relationship management, and continuous improvement.
*Alternative vendors for repeat products to make sure supply availability at peak season or for competitive price.
6. R&D Supporting
* Participate in and support R&D team on new program development.
* Sourcing new products with new technologies and features for R&D reference.
* Sample arrangement and test coordination on solutions, feedback and improvement.
7. Monthly MIS
* Weekly MIS on PO status and critical issues.
* Product wise, brand wise, supplier wise analysis for monthly purchase
8. Commercial contracts
* Purchase & delivery agreement to be signed with all suppliers by yearly
* Quality contract to be signed with all suppliers
* Agreement on price, production capacity, supply.etc to be signed with key suppliers when required.
