KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 支持生产，处理测试过程中出现的问题
2. 手动检测产品的一些常用参数，协助产品的返修
3. 支持工程师组建，升级测试台等.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 对程序语言VB有一定的了解
2. 能简单调试测试中出现的软件问题
3. 对激光放大器的工作原理有大概的了解
4. 会操作一些常用的测试设备，如光谱仪，可调光源，光开关等
