职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 支持工程样品的制造：
a. 工程物料的采购，包括提交采购申请，追踪采购状态直到收到所采购的物料。
b. 申请内部生产的物料。
c. 从仓库领取项目所需的物料；将工程物料退库。
d. 在产品开始生产之前，准备工程套料。
e. 寄送工程样品或工程物料。
f. 跟进Alpha和Beta阶段的产品制造.
2. 辅助NPI产品工程师分析废品及指导返修。
3. 辅助NPI产品工程师做器件或产品的验证测试。
4. 辅助项目经理做项目相关的一些工作。
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 中专或以上学历，主修光学、电子或相关的技术专业。
2. 希望至少有两年的光通信行业工作经验。
3. 希望至少有一年的光学产品废品分析工作经验。
4. 动手能力强。
5. 具备基本的英文读、写能力。
6. 能熟练使用办公软件，如Office Excel, Word, Power Point，等等。
7. 如有SAP使用经验则更佳。
8. 细心、耐心、主动性强、有合作精神、乐于提供帮助、责任心强、有良好沟通能力。
9. 有学习热情，并有自学能力。
10. 能承受工作压力，能接受加班安排，如任务未完成时，能主动加班。
a. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand basic product principle and master operating procedures
2. Troubleshoot and instruct the rework of failure units
3. Support setup and daily maintenance of debug tools
4. Handling of RMA units from warehouse to shop floor throughout RMA lifecycle
5. Support verification/qualification test under the engineering instruction
6. Follow up product engineers'actions and document reports
7. Provide online technical support and training to operators
b. REQUIREMENTS:
1. Technical school (Include Senior Mid School) graduate in electrical,optical, mechanical, or automation engineering with at least 3 years relative working experience,at least 1 year experience in Oclaro.
2. This position requires basic understanding of optics/mechanical/electronic theory and capability of using basic test instruments,e.g.multi-meter,oscilloscope, power meter,optical spectra analyzer,etc,to support diagnosis or verification test.
3. This position requires the ability to read simple instructions in English.
