职位描述：

1、 负责公司淘宝商城店铺推广工作，优化店铺及商品排名；

2、 策划店铺促销活动方案，活动报名图片设计制作

3、竞争对手的市场行情日常数据分析(如转化率、点击率、跳失率等等指标），并能根据数据分 析制定相应营销优化策略

4、找到性价比高、有效的网络广告及推广方式，分析本店的页面流量等数据确定网络广告的真实、有效性

5、运用淘宝直通车、淘宝客、超级卖霸等淘宝宣传工具，并善于总结经验，为达到销售业绩提供决策。

6、定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交推广效果的统计分析报表，及时提出推广改进措施及方案。


职位要求:

1、大专以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、统计学等相关专业者优先；

2、1年以上淘宝商城、电子商务网站推广经验工作经验者优先，熟悉全套广告方案制作流程，拥有熟练的广告投放操作；

3、熟悉淘宝内部的各种推广方式（如社区、直通车、淘宝客、帮派）、淘宝活动报名（聚划算、淘金币、卖霸）及争取免费资源；
4、具备较高的文案创意、策划能力，对数据敏感，知道数据背后的含意，熟悉淘宝商城推广途径和推广预算，熟悉淘宝营销规则；

5、有较强的团队合作能力，善于有效沟通，具备良好的个人心理素质，能够承受较强的工作压力；

6、(非常重要)无淘宝工作经验勿扰，喜欢频繁跳槽者勿扰！
