职位描述：
Job Description
- Design and optimize the operation process of the operation team
- Lead and supervise the operation team with high efficiency and high quality work
- Monitor staff ‘s working processes, review their performances and organize the trainings according to the business needs
- Receive and action inquiry or special requirements from the Customers
- To set up good relationship with customer, carriers and vendors to ensure the smooth operations
- Resolve any shipping related issue when it arises, customer complaints, dispute handling
- To make efficient cooperation &communication with relative departments for problem solving
- Provide guidance and coaching to the team members
- Back up other team members where necessary
- Reporting to manger on special case and further solution proposal
- Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the superior

Job Requirement
- University graduated or above, major in International trade or relevant professional
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in freight forwarding industry
- Have knowledge of multiple logistics knowledge and international trade knowledge
- Good command of spoken and written in English
- High sense of responsibility and strong bearing capacity
- Well-organized &Strong leadership to lead team
- Good customer service awareness, good planning and teamwork spirit
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-minded and Aggressive
