Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for SMT/assembling process, follow up the new product introduction, assist to make the quotation for customer;
Set up the standard time, issues the time element and summary of std time for each model in per six month;
Maintain a standardize method for cycle time, machine capacity, run rate for all process;
Designs plant layout, counting floor area; product efficiency evaluation, improvement;
Predicts the machine capacity, propose machine requirement by each model;
Cover the relative person to optimize the process, balance the production line;
Report the standard time updating status, Production Efficiency, floor area, Layout to others department concerned.
General requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical; Minimum 5 years PCBA/Toy/scanner assembling IE experience;
Familiar with new product assembling, making quotation;
Familiar with working station design, shop flow design, line layout, line balance and line efficiency improvement;
Good command of English;
