职位描述

Company is rapidly growing and expanding our presence in China. Initial focus is to ramp up the production in southern China with manufacturing partners.
We are looking for an Office Administrator in Shenzhen Nan shan office. The role of this Office Administrator will be to handle the office general affairs, provide basic comprehended service to the whole team members,. include reception, basic human resource, travel schedule and expense reimbursement audit and application, paper work, email translation if necessary, to make sure the office administrations things runs smoothly

Report to: Director of Production

Responsibilities:

Office general administration which includes:

1.Reception, mail and express handling, office access, layout and organization, managing office cleaning, suppliers ordering, meeting coordination, travel arrangement

2.Coordinate with Accounting Department to handle the office simple accounting (Banking, maintain petty cash, organize out-of-pocket reimbursable from employees, Account payable for branch operating expenses);

3.Office HR, coordinate with HR service provider for the HR activities;

4.Accountable for setup new employee hired and provide all necessary support for the technical and operation team as required.

5.Handle and coordinate with building management office, government utility suppliers;

6.Help to do some translation for team members' emails, documents or drawings;

7.Temporary assist General manager for the production schedule paper work and order processing and organizing.

8.To finish the other jobs assigned by manager.

Requirements:

?5+ years office administration, reception and secretary experience, good phone etiquette, a pleasant personality, be professionally presentable, and have excellent administrative and organizational skills that wow guests and delight staff

?Basic accounting knowledge and experience and Basic knowledge of recruiting

?Dynamic individual with superb writing, communication, organizational skills

?Proven Microsoft office skill

?Problem solving skills, Ability to multi task and set priorities

?Minimum Degree: University degree of office management, Administration, Secretaries or equivalent.

?Occasionally Travelling is required, same day in area travel is expected

?have outstanding adaptability, entrepreneurial skills, technical know-how and willing to contribute to a young team environment that is conducive to innovation and progress for our ShenZhen office.

Nice to have:
?General production scheduling experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.

?Self-starter that requires only an idea of overall strategic plan and can then tactically execute to expeditious completion
?
Strong written and verbal communication skills

?Confident "do what-ever it takes" mentality

Language:
?fluently in Chinese and English both speaking, reading and writing is must
