职位描述

Company is rapidly growing and expanding our presence in China. Initial focus is to ramp up the production in southern China with manufacturing partners.We are looking for an Senior Testing Engineer/Manager in Shenzhen Nan shan office. The role of this Senior Testing Engineer/Manager will be to develop the testing tools, software or hardware for our 360 degree digital camera initiate products, conduct the suppliers provide the testing tools or equipemetns in time, train the CM works and make sure the testing plan is implemented in the production line accurately.

Location: Nan Shan Area, Shen Zhen, China

Report to: Director of Production

Responsibilities:
1.Leading the Lens Calibration equipment and digital Camera system testing Jig development and implement at CM, all testing Jig including the fixtures, electronics and SW/HW development

2.Manage the internal and external resources to be account for the in time delivery of the testing Jig and implement at CM

3.Leading the Testing efficiency improvement and feature development and assign the tasks to right resources

4.Testing support, testing data collection and Analysis report to Engineering team

5.Onsite test tool validation and release while required

6.Process customer's quality complains and coordinate with CM for corrective and preventive actions

7.Coordinate with CM to execute Engineering test plan and production test plan.

8.Lead test platform new feature development requirement and specification. Interface with the development team in Canada to ensure testability and data integrity in production at CMs.

9.Production data statistic and analysis report weekly

10.Maintain the TAM product testing procedures and test specifications to CM, Contact point of Test spec, pass/Fail criteria and test procedures


Requirements:
1.10+ years minimum in leading the testing tool/jigs/software/firmware/ development of digital camera and lens, digital camera and lens manufacturing line experience is required.

2.On hands knowledge of customized testing jig development including the structure/mechanical design, Electronics around the testing Jig, FW/SW for the testing and data collection.

3.Proven ability on failure analysis and trouble shooting.

4.Verifiable background concerned with test data collection and analysis

5.Experience with the coordination and manage of internal and external resources.

6.Strong testing and analysis metrology knowledge (electrically, mechanically, optically and thermally).

7.Strong project management experience.

8.Must have a bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Master Degree preferable.

9.Minimum 3+ years in foreign invested company work experience or has equivalent North American working experience (including study for master or bachelor degree).

10.Familiar with PCB schematic, Geber, design, FW development and simulation, Software VB, C++ programming experience or equivalent.

11.Know how using the tool of PADs, AutoCad, ProE or Solidworks.

12.QA experience in electronics manufacturing field
