Major Responsibilities :
? Assist the Function Head of Trade Services to oversee the import and export daily processing of the Shenzhen Trade Centre, ensuring operation efficiency and accuracy with all control requirements met and pursuing on-going process re-engineering initiatives to deliver service excellence to external and internal customers.
? Perform senior checking on import and export bills and handling of more complex trade transactions such as Back-to-Back DCs, Transferred DCs, etc. in full compliance with Uniform Rules, local regulatory requirements, internal procedures, SAFE/PBOC guidelines, etc. to ensure delivery of quality, accuracy and efficiency customer services.
? Perform approval of trade transactions according to the delegated authorities.
? Assist the Senior Assistant Manager, Trade Services to monitor the execution of regulatory requirements, control measures and internal control measures to mitigate operational risks, credit risks and compliance risks.
? Provide guidance, supervision and training to subordinates to enhance their trade expertise for delivery of consistent, efficiency and quality services.
? Maintain direct contact with customers to resolve operational issues and provide constructive recommendations to Senior Assistant Manager, Trade Services; to resolve staff management matters, their job rotation, credit related issues and trade operation irregularities and exceptions.
? Explore work improvement initiatives through daily operation to improve productivity, efficiency and service quality.

Incumbent Requirements:
? Diploma degree or above
? Minimum 4 years' banking experience, Basic knowledge with all international / domestic trade practices
? Good team work spirit
? Proficiency in both Chinese and English, sound knowledge of PC application software
