职位描述：
The Olin-Fudan EMBA program is one of the most respected Executive MBA programs among its many peers in the market, ranked 5th globally by FT in 2016. The partnership between two prestigious universities, i.e., Washington University in Saint Louis, and Fudan University has seen a continuous success since its inception in 2002. The program is known for its academic rigor, strong focus on strategy and leadership, and an active and diversified alumni base across Asia Pacific area.

We are currently looking for talent to fill the Alumni/Student Service manager role of the program, responsible for the overall alumni management and also support the management of various activities for the ongoing classes.

Work scope of the marketing manager mainly covers:
-Work with the Managing Director to formulate the annual alumni service plan that focuses on creating added value for the alumni of the program;
-Execute the signed-on plan by supervising & organizing alumni events and reaching out to individual key alum to maintain the productive relationship with these key persons;
-Taking lead on key regular initiatives such as FT.com ranking, class reunion, Fudan graduation ceremony, and the China and U.S.residency;
-Work with the Alumni Center and CDO of School of Management of Fudan to integrate the program’s alumni plan and service with Fudan; Meanwhile work with the counterparts at Olin for regular alumni and student services affairs;
-Work with the Class Manager of the program to support the day-to-day class management that may include the students/faculty administrative as well as the students relationship management;
-Keep a close eye on the potential alumni donation and referral opportunity. Help the recruitment director to achieve her admission target;
-Take creative approach to help alumni establish and extend their network; Build and enhance their identification with both schools;

Reporting to the Managing Director, the desired candidate should bring experiences and qualifications in the following domains:
-Minimum 5 years experiences working in key account management, preferably with experiences in an academic environment with focus on alumni and student service; Experiences with university donation management is a plus;
-Strong coordination capability and service-oriented mindset; Amicable personality is a key to the success of the role;
-Good listener with strong communication skills in English and Chinese; Confident at public speech in English;
-Skills and experiences in planning and executing events; Comfortable with juggling with various priorities and strong capability in multi-tasking;
-Knowledge in High Education, training, coaching will be highly valued;
-Experiences with crisis identification and management is a plus;
-Strong team-working attitude, capable of navigating complex organizations and dealing with uncertainties;
-An independent doer and also a proactive thinker and planner. 举报 分享
