1. Communicates and coordinates with US Mfg facilities and customers on quality issues.
2. Visits the customers, perform data collection, collect samples, verify and investigate and follow up with US Mfg facilities on related corrective action.
3. Assist Asia Pacific QA Manager to run the Global Quality Teleconference.
4. Coordinates the inspection and verification of parts and customer returns on-site.
5. Perform regular customer visits and travel to Southern China.
6. Monitors Hard QC performance and coordinate improvement.
7. Participates in the MRB meeting.
8. Support, establish an effective QA System, and perform system maintenance and improvement.

1. BS in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering.
2. Good knowledge and experience in GD&T.
3. Experienced in gages and measuring devices such as optical projector, hardness tester, roughness tester.
4. More than 2 years experience in product/process quality control in an ISO9001 or QS9000 environment.
5. Familiar with the common software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access etc.
6. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
