Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service. Process American and European customers’ pre-sales inquiries, order tracking and post sales support requests both quickly and accurately.
2. Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally in order to keep customer satisfaction rates high and keep our selling accounts in good standing.
3. Collect and interpret customer related data and implement improvements in order to enhance our service and increase customer satisfaction.
4. Process routine internal documentation using Word, Excel and Visio.
5. Collect and summarize issues from your daily work and relay them to superiors and other internal departments, improving overall team efficiency and coordination.
6. Follow company’s ongoing business plan to increase customer loyalty, repeat sales and generally offer good customer care for both new and old customers.
7. Complete any other work arrangements as designated by your superiors with rapid execution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a focus on marketing or international trade with an ability to quickly learn new skills.
2. An interest in international e-commerce and foreign trade on a B2C platform with enthusiasm and a passion for customer interest.
3. Familiarity with European and American consumer shopping habits with a strong sense of good customer service.
4. High English proficiency, from letter writing through to oral English. Knowledge of business English is a necessity.
5. Good computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common office software is essential.
6. Patience, adaptability, sense of responsibility, capacity for quick learning and knowledge increase with a good sense of team spirit.
7. Experience with Amazon or other large third-party sales platforms with B2C customer service experience preferred. New graduates with outstanding ability will also be considered.
