职位描述：
要求：

大专学历，物流或者相关专业优先。

3~5年船务工作经验

熟悉信用证操作及一般货物的海关要求，商检要求，报关报检及出口的整个运作流程。

具备团队精神，能主动提供建设性解决方案，性格乐观稳重富有责任心，能在压力下享受自己的工作。

英文读写流利，熟练广东话更佳。熟练操作ms-office软件。

职责：

有良好的服务意识，能积极主动与工厂和货代沟通，为客人寻求有效率的物流运输方案.

确保货物的及时订舱交仓，船务文件的准时准确，密切配合跟单和财务部门按时订舱出货，准时提供文件，及时收到客人货款。

能灵活配合客人的出货调整，做好有效的应变措施，减少迟出货和额外费用的产生。



requirements:

diploma / degree in logistics management or related disciplines

minimum 3~5 years working experience

familiar with L/C and china commercial inspection, china custom, customs broker, forwarder’s operations

team spirit, positive solutions, dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure

computer literate, well-versed in ms office

fluent english in reading and writing, fluent speaking in cantonese preferable.

responsibilities:

good communication skill with customers on efficient resolution of logistics issues

responsible for the daily operations of cargo movement, import / export documentation, sample dispatch, invoice processing and shipping claims
