Responsibility:
1. Perform routine Quality control job, including incoming material quality control, In process quality control, Finish Goods quality control, make QC report
2. Make QC working plan, QC inspection and discipline
3. Manage Customer complaints until it is completed and closed out
4. Hands on with Quality on new product implementations and process improvements. Promote and encourage new process improvement projects and ideas.
5. Following new process, machine & Equipment verification, make test report
6. Maintain all FDA and ISO certifications.
7. ISO13485 system maintenance and QA report
8. Customer complaint and quality issue follow up
9. Plan Internal audit schedule and make sure it is followed
10. Prepare documentation for SGS audit and following the external audit
岗位要求:
1、完成日常品质控制工作,包括来料质量控制、过程质量控制、成品质量控制,并完成QC报告。
2、制定QC工作计划，完成品质控制检查和纪律。
3、处理客户投诉,直到投诉的关闭。
4、亲自制作新产品的实施及工艺改进，促进和鼓励创新新的工艺改进方案和想法。
5、跟进新工艺,对机器和设备进行验证、并制作测试报告。
6、维护所有FDA和ISO认证。
7、ISO13485系统维护和QA报告。
8、跟进客户投诉和处理质量问题。
9、制作内部审核计划时间表,确保它按时完成。
