任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，英语方面有较好的读写能力
2.熟练掌握办公软件的操作
3.良好的人际沟通能力
4.海事应届毕业生和有相关经验者优先

工作时间：0900-1800

Job Duties:

Handle shipping document, Bill of Lading and cargo manifest
Monitor freight collection and update to Principals, collect freight, THC, D/O fee, overtime storage, exchange B/L and D/O
Handle arrival notice shipper
Open job file, registry into system
Check supplier invoices, filling and data entry, prepare FDA and job closing
Reply inquiries to Principles, shippers and receivers
Update daily operations report to Principles
Coordinate with agents and suppliers to handle the operations for smooth arrangement
Prepare shipping lead report, update hot port news
Issue shipping invoices/credit notes and assist to prepare FDA and ensure FDA issued within timeframe
Prepare various monthly reports, including but not limited to port calls, estimated income

Requirement:

Maritime educational background or relevant experience;
CET4 or above;
Shenzhen or Guangdong resident preferable;
Good command in English both in writing and speaking
