职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Identify client/user needs and translate high-level client/user requirements into effective IT solutions
2. Identify, evaluate, design and test functional solutions (Proof of Concept) for business consideration
3. Serve as the primary interface between IT and business users for specific business areas
4. Prepare functional specification and user manual
5. Provide user training to business users
6. Assist in project management, pre-sales and marketing activities

Skills and Qualifications:
1. University graduate with a degree or equivalent qualification in information technology, business administration, finance or a related discipline
2. At least 3 year relevant experiences in banking/ financial institutions or IT solution providers; preferably with knowledge on investment products or wealth management industry
3. 1-year experience in software company/industry, experience with MS CRM is a plus
4. Self-starter with ambition, and a passion to succeed
5. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with people at all levels
7. Excellent time management skills and attention to details; able to manage multiple projects while prioritizing work assignments
8. Fluency in oral and written English, Cantonese is a plus 举报 分享
