岗位职责：
1、 负责文档管理工作；
2、 负责公司各类对外申报工作；
3、 负责各类办公物资采购；
4、 协助开展企业文化建设，负责组织公司各类会务以及员工各类文体活动；
5、 协助员工考勤事宜；
6、 协助员工入职、转正、离职办理及员工劳动合同签订；

任职资格：
1、大学专科及以上学历，行政管理、文秘及人力资源管理等相关专业；
2、良好的文字功底，较强的公文写作能力；
3、性格活泼开朗，良好的沟通协调能力、积极的工作态度、悟性好；
4、熟练使用办公软件，办公自动化设备；
