Responsibilities:

？ Perform or participate supplier audits: quality system, social compliance, as well as process audit.
？ Potential supplier on site assessment and qualification.
？ For new projects, ensures supplier is prepared for mass production via quality tools.(PPAP,APQP…etc)
？ To analyze root cause and offer solution proposals if any defect or deviation found.
？ Initiate and follow-up supplier corrective actions (SCAR) to ensure complete and effective root cause analysis and corrective action implementation by using a variety of manufacturing and continuous improvement tools, including: MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control plan.
？ Supplier performance metrics (LRR, DPPM…etc) rating, reporting and review continuously, drive for continuously improvement.
？ Provide training, coaching and mentoring for poor performance suppliers


Requirements:
？ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Quality Eng’g or related field.
？ 2-3 years experience in manufacturing environment, with minimum 1 year in supplier quality functions.
？ Preferred to have rich experience in safety appliances, hardware.
？ Familiar with ISO 9000 and social compliance, certified auditor is preferred.
？ Demonstrated ability and experience in utilization of supply chain management tools and quality tools (e.g supplier scorecard,six sigma)
？ Capable of working independently, and on cross functional teams..
？ Good in both written and oral English is a MUST.
？ Basic computer skills using MS office, Outlook, etc.
？ Good team worker & communication skill
