职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Support SZ Graphic Team on Products Photography and re-design projects based on private label (including Starbucks etc) client and own Brands (Slant) needs on existing products to extend product life cycle and merchandise programs pitching, including not limited to - supplying creative ideas.
? Anticipate in the whole product development process and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming meetings down the road to developing style guide, color pallet, specific design proposal, color-ups, design revisions based on Graphic team feedback, sample release till approval.
? Highly flexible and good understanding of commercial operation cycle. Detailed oriented, good sense of meeting deadlines.
? Adhere to PMI policies and support Management decisions and goals in positive, professional manner.
Requirements:
? Strong photographic skills, basic graphic design related skills
? Basic sense of global graphics and design trends, Can understand English is preferable
? Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Adobe Photo Shop/Illustrator.
? Good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively. individuals ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
? Ability to study and apply new information
? Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
? Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person and over the phone.
? Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, photography or equivalent related experience.
? 1 year experience is preferable but not essential.
? New college/university graduate from graphic art faculty with confidence for this position is also considered. 举报 分享
