职责：
Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide engineering support for incoming inspection to ensure the quality of incoming materials: give instructions for incoming inspection, train IQA inspectors, feedback quality issues to suppliers on time, issue SCAR(Supplier Corrective Action Request) to suppliers, verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
给来料检验提供工程支持确保来料品质， 包括来料检验指引，培训来料检验员，及时反馈品质问题给供应商，发SCAR 给供应商并验证纠正预防措施的有效性
2. Dispose MRB(Material Review Board) materials detected by incoming inspection and production line
处理来料检验及产线发现的MRB物料
3. Support new product development, give input to NPI team for drawing/design issues, support to qualify new parts/suppliers for new products
支持新产品开发， 给NPI 提供关于图纸或设计问题的建议， 支持新部品的评估确认
4. Engineering support for smooth transfer from prototype manufacturing to mass production
支持从试生产到量产的平滑转换
5. Maintain supplier quality management system: release and update supplier management documentations, monitor supplier quality performance, audit suppliers and so on
维护供应商品质管理系统，发放并更新供应商管理文件，监控供应商的品质表现, 审核供应商等。

2. At least 5years working experience as quality engineer, experience in cable connectors is preferred

3. Good at statistics, analysis and have excellent problem resolve skill

4. Good procedure establishment and standardization skill
良好的流程设立及标准化技能
5. Good sense of product quality and process quality, Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Minitab, etc

6. Be Initiative and efficiency, strong Communication skills and logical sense of Judgment.

CIT DG is located in the Xinhu Industrials Park, Dengwu village, Qiaotou Town, quite near to the Qiaotou Bus Station. It’s a modern facilities and convenient traffic factory. The company covers a land area of 10,556 square meters (i.e. 114, 000 square feet), owns a National standard Clean Room as well as Mold Tooling Room for Medical grade products, Injection and over molding tool design.
