职位职责:
1、主要负责招聘等工作;
Mainly responsible for hiring etc.
2、了解招聘需求,向部门经理进行候选人的评估和推荐;
Understand recruiting demand within area requirements; Communicate with Dept. managers for candidates assessment and recommendation.
3、选择最有效的招聘渠道,筛选简历,并选择候选人,提供专业的建议,与部门经理评论面试的候选人;
Select the most effective recruiting channel for maximizing the advantage of human resources; Screen resumes and select candidates; Provide professional advice to managers on interview comments of candidates.
4、更新和维护招聘数据库;
Update and maintain recruiting databases.
5、员工入职及管理培训;
Design, develop and implement training plan and deliver HR trainings as orientation, Code of Ethic, management etc.
6、负责公司福利的策划活动,包括旅游、员工活动组织等;
Responsible for the company's welfare planning activities, including tourism, etc.
7、负责日常人力资源支持,及其他上级临时交办的工作。
Responsible for daily HR supporting.
职位要求:
1、本科以上学历,人力资源相关专业;
Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration or related field study.
2、至少3年以上人事招聘或员工关系工作经验;
Three years of HR related experience in recruiting and employee relations will be preferred.
3、熟悉劳动合同法及人事相关的法规;
Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government relationships.
4、为人能吃苦耐劳,细心,积极向上,责任心强;
Hard working, proactive, self motivated, strong sense of responsibility.
5、计算机操作熟悉,熟练操作OFFICE办公软件,特别是Excel,PPT。
Good computer skill in Word/Excel/Power Point etc.
