职位描述:
Overview:
Assist to develop business requirements/ user stories following rRDM.
Communicate vision to developers and testers
Assist to lead the project from its inception to execution via SDLC methodology
Coordinate planning, execution and managing the resources, schedule, financials and scope of project
Tactical execution of the project and has responsibility to support the complete the assigned project
Tactical day to day project palnning, execution and managing project data based on guidance from project manager
Responsible for the delivery and operation of the assgined service after project go-live
 
Key responsbilities and activities:
1 Business requiremetns management and development
1.1 Utilize effective buisness analyst techniques to translate what buisness may want to identifications of what's is needed
1.2 Document confirmed business processes via rRDM approaches otr other SDLC requiremetns artifacts to serve as reference for development and IT support
1.3 Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint
1.4 Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required.
1.5 Prepare and update traceability matrix via rRDM tools
2 Business IT Contact in project
2.1 Writes, manages and clarifies story point and may develop use cases for complex requirements
2.2 Documents user acceptance testing or and assit unit tester for requirements
2.3 Impact analysis of new releases/changes, training, maintaining systems FAQ in local language.
2.4 work with project manager in developing, monitoring and managing project costs, schedules, resources and quality.
2.5 Assist the P's with construction and dlievery of work products according to PMx framework and align with SDLC for compliance
2.6 Assists or drives status meetings or required meetings to address project risk or issues
2.7 Actively partiipate in all phases of the project and stage gate reviews ensuring deliverables are met with guidance from the PM
2.8 Act as a backup PM as needed
2.9 Ensures adherence to JNJ established processes (SDLC, PMx ect.) while executing the project
3 Project oversight
3.1 Report mostly on the progress of assigned workstream
3.2 May assist and report on user acceptance testing

   
Key deliverables:
Business requirements document (SDLC, rRDM)
Compliance documents (SDLC)
Project plan (regularly updated)
    
Experience and technical knowledge
Experience with data analysis and IT project management practices (desired)
current knowledge of industry and buisness process trends and ability to apply knowledge to existing buisness process
broad understadning of current caapbilities and limitations of existing systems. Knowledge of all IT functions and services with technical expertise in one or more areas.
Fast learner in both industry knowledge and IT analysis approach.
Desired experience with Microsoft Project Plan
Well versed with PMx standards and guidelines
