Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for implement, update and improve the local policies and procedures of the credit function in with the Credit Manual and any other relevant policies;
2. Strong accounting knowledge about Oracle system, particular in experience to order, AR and credit management;
3. High quality credit review to recommend reality credit term according to business facts.
4. Good communication and consultant commercial t Line, Sales Rep, Customer or external credit information;
5. Conduct credit investigation so that an intelligent appraisal of the customer's worth, character and ability to pay may be ascertained to justify extension of credit term.
6. To consultantly follow-up collection of accounts receivable in a manner calculated to produce positive results and the time maintain positive relations with customer.
7. Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on upcoming due payment and overdue debt to meet targets.
8. Preparation of timely and accuracy reporting and advice to management and related functions.
9. Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments to meet the requirements of the organization.
10. Ensure full compliance with company policy;


Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree. Major in accounting, Economics or finance is preferred.
2. At least 5 years' experience of credit and risk management, solid experience in Account Receivable operation and AR management experience in FMCG industry is a must.
3. Strong computer skills (navigating databases and websites) including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
4. Good people management skills and experience.
5. Fluent in English & Mandarin, both oral and written.
6. Having business process improvement experience is a plus (e.g. in six sigma way).
7. Having been working in finance industry or relevant function, in multinational companies is a plus.
8. Knowledge and experience working with Financial processes and customer service processes is a plus.
