Responsibilities:

As Field RMs (FRMs)for banks & NBFIs in China
Manage the overall relationship with existing banks & NBFIs customers and develops new FI & NBFI customers in China for business retention / expansion / market intelligence
Prepare account plans for existing and potential clients for management's endorsement and subsequent implementation of account plans
Responsible for marketing of the following core FI products:
? Bank Risk Trade Finance (BRTF)
? Debt Capital Market (bilateral, club and syndicated loans to banks and sovereign)
? Regional Cash Management
? Custody services in Singapore and Malaysia
Conduct market / feasibility studies on potential new products / services for banks & NBFI segments
Conduct KYC / AML for potential studies on potential new products / services for banks & NBFI segments
Conduct KYC / AML for potential / new bank & NBFI customers as well as for regular reviews on existing customers
Provide feedback on relationship to Credit Analysts to facilitate credit analysis / review
Negotiate for funding support from other banks in China
Keep abreast of the market developments
Cross-sell other products and services provided by the entire UOB group.

Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics with 3-6 years' relevant experience
Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (written & spoken)
Good communications, interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of the FI market in China and good existing market network
Strong business acumen and ability to strategize and effectively implement business plans to meet business objectives
