For our Healthcare Division in Shen zhen,we are looking for a SSMR(MR)QMS officer.

What are my responsibilities?

QMS management／质量管理体系的管理

--Join review of QR/Wis to ensure the processes are align with each other／参与QR/WI 评审，确保QR/WI之间的相互一致性

'--Coorperate with HQMR for QR harmonization／HQMR合作创建协调化文件

'--Observate and train Internal auditor to assess and enhance audit skill.观察和培训内审员以评价和增强他们的审核技巧。

'---Train QMS mindset and knowledge to related person to assistant enhance Quality culture .对相关人员进行质量管理体系的意识和知识培训以辅助增强质量文化。

'Internal audit内审

--Performs internal audit program (including certification audits where applicable) and assessments. This includes regular internal assessments based on the mandatory elements of the Siemens Quality Management. Recommend improvement actions and ensure follow up controlling.／执行审核（包括证书审核）以及评估，评估主要是基于西门子质量管理的要求。提出改进意见并且确保改正措施的实现。

External audit外审

--Facilitates external audit (including certify body audit, customer audit, cooperate audit etc.) to ensure the whole audit process smoothly and well managment. Coordinate process owners to follow up audit finding with suitable and effective analysis , actions and improvements.辅助外审的进行（包括第三方审核机构的审核，客户审核和总部审核等）来确保整个审核过程的顺利完成和得到良好的管理。协调过程责任人对于审核发现的跟踪，来提供合适和有效的分析，措施和改善。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Competencies:

quality management methods/statistical methods/质量管理和统计方法

Audits, reviews, assessments/基准比较,审核,评审和评估方法

train-the -trainer/对培训者的指导方法

perfect english/流利的英文

medical device product knowledge/医疗器械产品知识

procedure & standards understanding (ISO9001, ISO13485, QSR, etc.)/程序和标准的理解

Good communication skill/良好的沟通技巧

Qualified internal auditor/内审员资格

Work Experience (type):

At least 2 years experience for quality management/2年以上质量管理经验

Have experience to establish, maitain and develop QMS/有质量管理体系建立，维护和改进的经验

other requirement:

1.Be familiar with QSR(FDA), ISO13485 and ISO9001;

2.Have system establish , maintenance and transition experience.

3.Have experience to draft manual, procedure and WI.

4.Can lead and coach related department to enhance their QMS knowledge and mindset.

5.At least 3 years internal auditor experience, lead auditor will be prefer .

6.Good communication skill

7.Fluent English
