职位描述：
Merchandiser _ plush toys _Shenzhen based




Job Responsibilities:



1. Assist in the Development and implementation the client's plush product lines with the manufacturers based on the client's business plans & pricing strategies .




2. Followup product development and order management efforts on existing & new USA retail accounts .




3. Folowup new project development with the merchants and qa teams including samples and quotes. establish the client's own sample room in china .



4. Follow the tech packs and QA folder with qa manager , ensure tech packs are be deployed correctly and consistently on the production lines.




5. Follow up order shipments & approval. Resolve technical issues and communicate with our usa sales, technician ,QA and factories.



6. Monitor the work-in-process (WIP) activities to ensure on-time delivery and update WIP status for distribution on weekly basis.



Job Requirements:



· University graduate in relevant field of study



· Min. 3 years' experience in plush business with a minimum of four years in a material role



· experience h USA retail plush market (e.g. TRU, Target, Wal-Mart etc ,



· Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.



· A great team player with the ability to motivate and supervise the merchants team.




· Outgoing individual with client management skills.



· Aggressive, self-motivated, energetic with strong sense of commitment & responsibility.




· Experience in both Manufacturing and Buying Office is a must.



· Willing to be based in China. Work in our Corporate Hong Kong office will also be necessary. 举报 分享
