职位描述：
Roles/Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall production and operations of the factory in order to ensure quality products are delivered on time at the right cost
2. Responsible for managing various departments in the areas of production scheduling, material planning, and inventory of products with short lead time. This includes costing and quotations
3. Be the leader to supervise internal departments on master scheduling, production run monitoring, and material management
4. Control and monitor daily production to fully utilize the plant facilities and resources
5. Establish internal policies and develop effective production and controlling processes strategically
6. Responsible for on-time order fulfillment and shipment adherence as scheduled.
7. Analyze production data for continuous improvements
8. Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting to improve process performance
9. Improve the production performance such as increase yield rate, raise production efficiency , reduce scrap rate, reduce reject rate, reduce cost, and overall factory productivity
10. Establish a Culture of Quality and doing things right the first time and continuous improvements
11. Responsible for the factory compliance such as Corporate Social Responsibilities, RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, and overall cleanliness of the factory
12. Responsible for factory profit and loss (P&L) and manage to budget
13. Work closely and coordinate with cross functional departments within the company to ensure smooth operations
14. Collaborate with the Regions (Switzerland, Italy, U.S.A., and Asia operations) on project delivery, quality, and cost
15. Build relationships with Regional Leaders, Senior Management, and cross-functional partners and communicate where needed
16. Manage and resolve projects issues with production, suppliers, and regions in a timely manner
17. Provide mentoring and coaching to subordinates for career growth.
18. Other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Mandarin. Fluency in Cantonese or other dialects is preferred
2. Able to work and communicate across different cultures, diversity, and gender
3. Have work with multi-national companies
4. Expertise in one or more key manufacturing processes (e.g. assembly, machining, plastic injection molding, electroplating, painting, etc.)
5. Strong leadership and excellent analytical skills
6. Proven ability to resolve issues
7. Proven ability to coach and develop others
8. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills ?
9. Proven ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc…
10. Excellent interpersonal skills
11. Hands on manager and willing to train junior staff
12. Self-motivated, independent, and open-minded
13. Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures
14. Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs
15. Be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills
16. Familiar with ISO, Corporate Social Compliance, RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, and ERP
17. Solid experience in production, materials and production planning and scheduling, and online production
18. Capable to work under pressure and tight schedule
19. Ability to manage upward and downwards within the organization

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
1. Bachelor degree in Production/Manufacturing/Engineering field or other related disciplines
2. Minimum ten (10) years of managerial experience in production operations and management, manufacturing, or process engineering in the luxury product display industry or related industry with exposure in gifts and premiums or furniture product manufacturing
3. Master degree or related Production Management certification is preferred
4. Solid experience in production, materials and production planning and scheduling, and online production
5. Capable to work under pressure and tight schedule

Other Job Requirements:
1. May required long, varied work hours at times
2. Able for international travel to U.S. or Europe
3. May require frequent availability and communication during non-standard business hours to communicate with global team members. 举报 分享
