职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据公司发展战略，制定人力资源规划，负责公司职员的招聘、选聘、录用（安排面试、上岗、企业文化代训），人才库建立与人才挖掘、引进工作等；
2、参与制定公司的组织架构、岗位编制和职责分工，理顺各部门工作职责及岗位职责，并制定相应的工作要求和业绩考核标准；
3、负责搭建和完善公司薪酬、绩效考核制度、体系，梳理流程，并推动薪酬、绩效体系落地和实施；
4、修订公司各项规章制度，并督促执行；

任职要求：
1、人力资源、心理学、工商管理、企业管理相关专业毕业，熟悉人力资源管理各模块的工作流程和业务知识。
2、接受过人力资源战略管理、组织变革管理等方面的培训。
3、3-5年以上人力资源管理工作经验
4、有较高的专业素养和职业精神，为人正直，办事公正，思想敏捷，性格沉稳，善于沟通和决断，心态平和、理智；具有较强的成本、服务意识和高度的创业精神，强烈的事业心。
