该职位主要负责与智能家居、酒店或者照明类产品相关的产品拓展工作。需要经常跟美国总部的研发工程师沟通,负责将产品拓展到亚洲区域。
Job description:
1. Product Marketing:
? Be responsible for developing and implementing product roadmap and strategies to grow intelligent electrical business.
? Act as project manager to responsible for the whole process of NPD with the focus on business opportunity analysis, QFD definition, Go-To- Market strategy and financial return.
? Cooperate with global R&D team to launch new product in China market, and act as key contact window to collect local VOC and feedback the requirements to global team.
? Responsible for price strategy to continuously improve the profitability of related product line
? Work with marketing communication specialist to develop and implement successful product launch plan and precise communication campaign towards target customers.
? Support sales team to organize training courses to target customers
2. Business Development:
? Conduct market survey to identify the target customer, segments and customer real needs. Formulate business strategy and execution plan by aligning target customers’ needs with IDEAL offerings and solutions
? Plan and implement activities at targeted segments and customers to achieve short and long term business results in sales, margins, profitability, and market share
? Work with internal team to develop solutions, services and value propositions to key customers
? Establish and develop effective communication with key customer contact at Headquarters’ level
? Influence all players in customers’ decision making process
? Produce timely and accurate reports of the business activities
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree on Electrical engineering / Mechatronics or related background: have the knowledge of designing and manufacturing on electronic products, familiar with Auto-CAD and other 3D software operation. Have the knowledge of space intellectual system such as smart home / hotel / lighting… is preferred.
? At least 5 years working experience on product marketing & sales development in electrical installation or interior decoration industry target for public facility such as airport, hotel, F&B chain store, etc. Familiar with smart home hardware development industry is a plus.
? Project management skill is must
? Strategic thinking, result driven and action oriented
? Self-motivated and good team worker
? Strong communication ability
? Fluent English in speaking and writting
