For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a SSMR(MR)Customs Specialist

海关关务专员.

What are my responsibilities?

Coordination with customs broker and LG delivery team for smooth general exportation.

与报关行和发货组合作以保证正常出口。

Coordinate with customs broker and forwarder for smooth general importation.

与货代和报关行合作以保证正常进口。

Handle special importation or exportation declaration, such as temperarily I/E for testing samples, duty free import for equipment etc., to ensure SSMR business run smoothly.

处理特殊进出口清关，例如测试样品的暂时进出口，免税设备进口等，以保证SSMR业务正常进行。

Import or Export permit/license application with Goverment, to ensure no impact onto SSMR daily business.

向政府机关申请进出口许可证,以保证对SSMR日常业务运营无影响。

Handle spare parts I/E. to ensure good customer satisfaction.

操作备件进出口，以确保客户的满意度。

Maintain Importation & exportation documentation and archive timely. Check cost list and apply payment, to ensure related process go well.

进出口文件处理及备份保管，成本核实与付款申请,以确保相关流程准确运行。

Join projects or think about advanced tools/idea with the support of team leader, in order not to miss the chance which will bring more benefits for SSMR.

在主管支持下，参与项目或者积极思考一些先进的工具或者概念，以可能为公司带来更大更多的效益。

Play an important role as "shared service" for three BUs, to contribute on the stronger SSMR development.

发挥好为三个BU共享服务的作用，贡献于SSMR更强大更长远的整体发展。

Obtain and pass on information and cooperate with all those involved,in order to allow smooth movements of goods and create a good logistics chain.

获取和传播相关信息，与所有相关人员紧密合作，以保证货物进出口顺利进行，服务于供应链的顺利发展。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

At least 2 years work experience in importation/exportation or in related functional areas. The work experience at multi-national company will be the plus.

从事进出口或相关工作领域至少2年以上，有跨国公司工作经验者优先

Understanding on importation and exportation declaration process./具备进出口报关流程知识。

Understanding on customs laws/regulations and always up to dated for the relevant update./具备关务相关法律法规及其最新动向信息。

Good experience at the relationship management/handling with customs, CIQ and other relevant government officers./与海关，商检和其他政府官员具有良好的合作关系。

Strong sense of the compliance importance & implementation during daily work./具备很强的合规意识并严格贯彻到日常工作中。

Good sense of responsibility. Cautious. Good communication skills, good team work spirit./具备责任心，严谨细致的工作态度，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。

Be willing to take challenges and work under stress./在工作中愿意接受挑战，能在压力环境中工作。

English skills are necessary (oral/writing/listening)./具备良好的英语的听说读写能力。
