职位描述：
岗位描述：
1、人事档案管理工作。
2、新进员工试用期的跟踪考核，晋升提薪及转正合同的签订并形成相应档案资料。
3、员工调查问卷的发放和收集，分析汇总调查结果，形成结论上报。
4、统计汇总，上报员工考勤月报表，处理考勤异常情况。
5、员工绩效考核资料的定期统计汇总，上报，并对绩效考核的方式方法提出意见和建议。
6、员工薪酬发放的异常处理和薪酬政策的跟踪调查，提供相应的报表和资料。
7、协助实施员工培训工作。
8、负责完成公司人事工作任务，并提出改进意见。
9、负责公司人事文件的呈转及发放。
10、负责草拟，解释公司的福利保险制度，组织办理入保手续，联络退保，理赔事务。
11、协助人事行政经理处理人事方面的其他工作。
12、协助进行员工招聘的面试，负责报到及解聘手续的办理，接待引领新进员工。

任职要求：
1. 1-3年招聘和绩效经验优先，英语听说能力优秀（公司有外籍员工）
2. 为人正直，公平公正
3.能独立解决工作问题，沟通能力和协调能力好，抗压能力好
