职位描述：
1．负责公司的行政、采购、后勤等工作保障公司在任何情况下都能顺利的开展各项工作，从而确保公司的正常运行；贯彻执行上级的指示决定，做到上传下达，及时、准确、无误的完成领导交办的其他任务。
2．执行办公室行政管理的各项规章制度。
3．负责公司的办公用品、卫生和日常管理工作，确保后勤保障得力。
4．负责公司的固定资产管理工作，包括水电管理，办公用品管理与发放，避免资产流失与浪费，努力为公司做好勤俭节约的实务工作。
5.处理公司的行政事务和对外联络事务工作，充分施展行政部的谐和、服务和管理功效。
6．负责公司资产管理、办公用品和劳保用品的管理工作,避免公司资产流失和浪费。
7．负责对公司突发事件的处理工作，协助公司处理各项突发事件。
8．认真完成上级交办的其他临时性工作。
