Job Responsibilities:
? Drive a resolution together with BU QM and other related functions for the claims happened in APAC region, if needed by using 8D method.
? Provide professional feedback on outcome of investigation to internal and external customers.
? Approve warranty payments when applicable.
? Conduct customer site visits as needed.
? Ensure that all claims handled are appropriately reported within CQM so they become part of the
? Feedback to the BU QM's. Escalate severe or critical failures according to process.
? Provide technical training / consultancy to BG CQM/Sales.
? QMiP role in Q-gate process regarding the customer feedback, technical input if in need.
? Evaluate the special warranties to be issued together with PM, BU QM, R&D, controlling and GC.
Job Required:
? Working experience in the lighting industry or an adjacent field (electrical and electronics, materials supplier industry) for 5 years.
? Ideally working experience with international teams for 1 year.
? Bachelor Degree on physical, lighting or equivalent technical area.
? Working experience in a technical hands-on function for 2-3 years. Preferred field is Quality Management with its sub-branches, but Engineering, Technical Marketing, or Regulatory are also possible. Project experience is a benefit.
