RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Daily cash processes of the Group Companies
- Petty cash and Bank payments
- Cash and Bank reconciliation
- Relationship with Bank for bank and cash issues
- Check entry and management
- Petty cash withdrawal and management
- Cash journal

2. Alipay account management
- Trading record download
- Refundment management

3. Assistance for accounting department
- Documents preparation of accounting
- Relationship with agents

4. Invoice management
- VAT invoice
- General invoice

5. Capital increase proceedings and coordination
- Capital increase
- Capital injection
- Settlement of exchange
- Overseas Payment

6. Reimbursement review
- Stores
- Office


？ REQUIREMENT:

1 Experience as cashier or first job experience
2 Accounting background would be appreciated
3 Well organized and structured way of working
4 Capacity to communicate actively with the team
