Job Duties:
·Proactive sales person to target and sell to new and existing clients via the telephone and face to face to generate revenue for the Cloud Connect China.
·Be able to understand and overcome objections and close new clients.
·Ability to lead research and generate own client base.
·Target orientated and motivated.
·Delivery on core objectives including revenue targets across the portfolio, new business acquisition, call rates and meeting levels.
·Maintain and update the in-house sales database system.
·Responsible for day to day communication with clients and potential clients, including managing a geographical region.
·Maintain accurate and timely detailed sales reporting to the Project Manager in a weekly basis.
·Coordination with the commercial management team in regards to marketing and promotion to current and potential client sets.
·Execute sales actions, follow up on leads.
·Co-ordination with other departments (operations, marketing, accounts)
·To contribute to the planning and development of the sales for the events.
·Work from a sales plan that develops existing business and generates new business using direct telesales, client visits, trade shows, direct mail, Internet and printed material.
·Rebook clients onsite at the China events
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have at least two years of sales experience, ideally in IT industry or exhibitions s or conferences. He or she prefers to have a basic background knowledge of IT technology and is a creative person with the ability to multi-task in a hectic environment. Working with colleagues in Asia, the US requires a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). An excellent command of English is imperative.
