职位描述
岗位职责：
1． 负责员工招募工作，对部门缺员进行推荐；
2． 负责执行及规划员工培训工作；
3． 考核员工的绩效，并提出改进的建议；
4． 负责档案的整理、记录、收集、存档和保管工作；
5． 确保有关人事规定遵循政府有关部门的劳动法规；
6． 落实员工薪资核发及福利金、奖金等的正确发放；
7． 负责监督检查各部门、员工执行规范的情况。
职位要求：
1、人力资源管理或心理学相关专业专科以上学历优先；
2、三年以上人力资源管理经验，二年以上招聘、培训工作经验，具有销售行业人事工作经验者优先；
3、精通人力资源各模块及工作流程。熟悉国家和当地劳动人事相关政策法规。丰富的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉国家相关法律法规；
4、优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，协调能力、亲和力和明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力。
