1)Responsible for invoice processing and running payments(including 3rd party vendors and inter-company)
2)Follow up exceptional scenario with business department and vendor to ensure full compliance with company policy and timely payment
3) Review and process employee claims in the region to ensure compliance with internal Travel and Expense Policy
4)Liaise with the vendors and performing vendor statement reconciliation and vendor master maintenance.
5)Assist with the financial closing and prepare month-end reconciliations and schedules
6)Monitor Daily/Weekly cash flow and prepare cash reporting
