职位描述：
岗位目的：
The post holder is responsible for the finance related work in Shanghai office and assist Financial Controller in Hong Kong

岗位工作内容：
Manage day to day accounting operation, responsible for monthly and annual financial statement preparation (ie. P&L and Balance Sheet).
Monitor monthly income, cost and expense activities to ensure proper and sufficient supporting documents are attached for book keeping.
Timely monitor company’s cash position and to report any exceptional case promptly
Implement internal control policy and procedure and serve as a gate keeper for management
Assist Superior to prepare annual budget / forecast and conduct budgetary control report on monthly basis.
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual tax declaration and tax return strictly according to China tax regulation
Responsible for fixed asset management including timely recording asset purchasing, movement and disposal with proper authorization and perform surprise counting
Maintain close liaison with banks, tax authority and Industrial and Commercial bureau.
Assist and coordinate for statutory audit
Perform any other duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

岗位需求：
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance
5 years experience as accountant
Knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Skills of Micro-soft Excel
Excellent numeracy skills
Good team player (collaborate with others)
Good analytical skills
