职位描述：

For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a SSMR(MR)Planner计划员.

What are my responsibilities?

Dispatch customer orders/primary requirements and where necessary production-synchronous calldown into production, in order to ensure 100% supply to customers, taking due account of production resources and processes, and to safeguard on-time delivery of the order to the customer.

将生产相关的客户订单和意向需求传递给生产部，以确保对客户100%供应和准时发货。

Check the raw material availability before releasing production order, coordinate with sourcing team regards to any material shortage to ensure production order run smoothly.

对生产订单做原材料可用检查，与采购组合作处理短缺物料,以确保生产订单的顺利运行。

Create MPS (master production schedule) based on order management meeting output. Maintain the dependent and indepent requirement in SAP, as well as the long term and short term forecast to ensure buyer to place purchase order correctly and timely according to MRP result.

基于订单管理会的结果，制定主生产计划，在SAP中维护各种长期或短期需求预测,以确保采购员能根据MRP运行结果及时准确地下采购订单。

Join CR(Change Request) meeting and have full understanding on the change, pass info within logistics team with related colleagues, to ensure no any negative impact onto logistics related fields due to CR.

参加工程变更会议，充分理解变更内容并及时把信息传达给物流部相关同事，以确保工程变更不会对物流部相关工作有负面的影响。

Monitor and take timely actions together with team leader in regards to inventory status, to ensure inventory situation is well followed up.

与小组主管一起紧密监控库存情况并采取及时行动，以确保库存被紧密监控在合理范围。

Join new product PSG meeting on behalf of logistics planning function, pass related info back to logistics teams and pass on logistcs points from knowledge/experience at the project ealier phase, to ensure logistics' support on project to be more professional.

代表物流部计划职能参与新产品项目会议，及时将信息传达回部门并及时根据经验/知识尽早将物流部的观点带到项目会上，以确保物流部门对于项目的支持更加及时与专业。

Coordinate with production, make sure production plan can meet the production capacity and optimze the consenqence of different production process to ensure the max production output, keep the high output effiency.

与生产部共同保证生产计划符合产能和批次最大产量。

Contribute to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and pass on all relevant information, in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.

向各关联方提供信息和支持，以最终优化供应链。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Work Experience (type)相关工作经验:

At least 2 years work experience in planner or in related functional areas. The work experience at multi-national company will be the plus.

2年以上计划员或供应链工作经验，具备跨国公司工作经验者优先。

Other Knowledge/Skill/Experience其他知识/技能/经验:

Good English skills (oral/writing/listening); / 良好的英语听说读写能力

Advanced ERP skills; / 较强的企业资源软件应用能力

Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, word, powerpoint, project, etc.) / 较强的办公软件应用能力

Basic commercial knowledge. / 具备商务基础概念

Understanding on whole supply chain operation logic. / 了解并理解供应链整体运作理念

Good sense of responsibility. Cautious. Good communication skills, good team work spirit. / 责任心，细心，擅于交流，团队合作精神

Be willing to take challenges and work under stress. / 愿意承担压力，接受挑战
