职位描述：
1- Receives customers' requests by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides information requested and/or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person.
2- Resolves customer questions related to open orders, returns, tracking numbers and on-time delivery. Contact customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
3- Coordinate and connects factory/customer matters with World Wide Sales Team.
4- ERP system inputs with the information included new customers /new price/payment term/and new product specifications, etc.
5- ERP system inputs with all new PO (Or RMA – Returned materials application) information after checking the information on the PO or RMA paper are fully correct, and back to customer with a reasonable delivery date.
6- To receive and analysis the forecast from the customer and provide recommendation of inventory level for production, provide customer with an accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items and lead-time guides.
7- Provide with support to customer on inquiry of shipping documents or receipt discrepancies or any logistics issue.
8- In charge of account reconciliation of sold to make sure 100% of match between sending from internal and receiving from customer. push customer to pay for overdue account, make sure all account receivable is full correct.
9- Prepare month closing report included monthly report of SBUX and monthly report of sales achievements, etc. Make monthly statistic included rate of on time delivery、times of complaints、customer satisfaction, etc.
10- As a back up of supply chain team and to follow and complete any temporary jobs from the direct leader.
