职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Manage assigned commodity supply chain in support of Wong’s products
2. Provide regional strategic sourcing and develop suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost requirements
3. Continue to drive business process improvement to meet or exceed performance goals
4. Establish supplier management process and performance criteria to drive world class performance and competitive cost strategy
5. Develop and articulate commodity supply chain requirements to R&D, Engineering, as well as Global Commodity Management and World Wide Purchasing throughout the organization
6. Perform periodic business reviews with key suppliers
7. Develop quality, delivery, customer service, and cost metrics for supply base within the commodity
8. A strong negotiator with a creative approach to establish strong supplier and win-win relationship
9. A professional with a sound standard of character

Requirement:
1. At least 8 years solid experience in sourcing/purchasing of Plastic injection molding & Sheet Metal in multi-national electronics manufacturing companies
2. Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in sourcing/purchasing departments with solid experience in handling sourcing activities
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills when managing global and local suppliers
4. Good command of oral and written English and Chinese
5. Result-oriented, a good team leader and able to work under pressured
