岗位职责/Responsibilities
？ 负责售前咨询工作，配合销售进行前期交流、咨询、沟通，引导并挖掘客户需求并提出建议和技术解决方案；
？ 负责售前支持工作，包括与客户方高层、关键人的需求沟通、解决方案讲解、编写解决方案建议书、产品演示POC等；
？ 协助销售团队开拓市场，指导交付团队完成方案交付工作；
？ 参与客户案例分析，整理编制行业方案，进行内部培训工作；
？ 参与新产品推荐会、产品路演等宣讲工作。

任职要求/Requirements
？ 拥有5年以上软件行业或本地化行业售前工作经验，熟悉本地化行业，熟悉本地化项目需求及供应链，有独立负责售前项目的能力；或5年以上本地化产品实施服务经验；
？ 优秀的沟通能力，良好的表达能力、方案制作能力、演示讲解能力；
？ 熟悉SDL Trados等本地化翻译工具；
？ 具备较强的执行能力、学习理解能力、优秀的分析能力、知识提炼及传授技巧；
？ 能够承担一定的工作压力，具备较强团队协作能力 举报 分享
