executive chef
As Executive Chef you will lead a team of professionals to deliver results for
our guests, our team and our restaurant.
Key responsiblities include:
1．Managing all functions of the Food Production .
2．Designs, implement special events and special food promotions.
3．Develops standard recipes and maintains up-dated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the Food and Beverage operation.
4．Maintains comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets and current trends.
5．Controls and analyses, on an on-going basis, Costs,Quality and presentation of food products, Sanitation and Guest satisfaction.
6．Develops training plans, develops training material and implements training plans for the Food Production employees.
7．M onitors local competitors and compare their operation with the Restaurant Food and Beverage operation
Qualifications
1.Experience: minimum five years post apprenticeship experience as a Head Chef.
2.Experience working with pastry, bakery, butchery, a la carte, banquet and buffet styles essential.
3.Experience managing food production for a minimum of 6 restaurants.
4.fluent English and mandarin,(if also can speak Italian and Portuguese will be better) 5.stay in shanghai or other city in china more than 2 years
