职位描述：
Technical Manager for AfterSales Service and Repairs ( QA/QC experience preferred )

Purpose: Manage AfterSales service for Consumer Electronics products in the Audio, Video and Home Appliance business.

Receive and review all customer complaints
Collect and analyze all data on job cards, to prepare fault analysis
Negotiate with suppliers to resolve faulty goods.
Co-ordinate and oversee re-works.
Fault and Defect reporting analysis of defective products ( Consumer electronics such as Televisions and Audio Product )
Manage order and fulfillment of spare parts
Liaise with in-house and factory engineers for corrective action plans, and updating QA documentation.
Communicate well with customers via our technical support call centre and help desk
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
QA/QC experience and training is preferred. 举报 分享
