职位描述：
一、岗位职责
1、通过邮件回复客户关于售前、售中、售后问题的咨询；
2、处理每日订单，保证订单准确及时，跟进发货；
3、处理所负责账号的中差评及纠纷，维护账号安全，降低账号风险；
4、协助管理店铺，编辑产品，上架并优化产品；
5、协调上级完成项目的日常工作；

二、岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历，英语cet-6及以上水平；
2.亦可接纳国际贸易、英语和电子商务相关专业的应届毕业生，有相关经验者更佳；
3.做事认真负责，责任心强，具备一定的抗压能力；4.强烈的团队意识和精神； 举报 分享
